Customization Policy

OVERVIEW

We aim to help our Customers create products with unique and meaningful designs that they can identify with. We believe in the power of custom apparel and accessories to unite groups and communities.

For this purpose, in line with our corporate ethical principles, we enforce certain content standards to balance our Customers’ freedom of speech with the potential impact on others and society. We take our role as a platform for expression seriously and strive to fulfil it responsibly.

These guidelines for product customisation are not exhaustive, and the final decision on approving any design or artwork will always rest with us.

This policy will be reviewed and updated periodically as appropriate.

For further information on the general terms governing the use of this Website and the purchase of products, we invite you to thoroughly review our Terms and Conditions.

CUSTOM ORDERS

By placing a custom order and submitting your design or artwork on this Website, you:

• Warrant that your order does not violate any of the aforementioned standards or infringe on any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, publicity or privacy rights, or libel or defame them, and that you have all required rights or permissions necessary to incorporate third-party material into your products, including any third-party material available through a third-party design service accessible through the Website.

• Warrant that you have the necessary permission, right and authority to place a custom order under the conditions herein.

• Authorise us to customise the products on your behalf.

• Grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, unlimited, and irrevocable licence to use, copy, modify, create derivative works, distribute, and display your design or artwork for fulfilling the order and/or for promotional purposes, including publication on our Website, social media accounts, newsletters, and other content platforms, as well as in paid media or ads.

• Waive any moral rights to the extent permitted by law.

• Agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any claims, damages, or losses arising from the use of your design or artwork.

In the event that the content submitted by the Customer has any design or artwork issues, including but not limited to poor quality images, necessary editing and/or bad positioning, our Custom Department will immediately contact the Customer to try to improve the design and confirm the details thereof. If the Customer does not respond to any communication within 72 hours, we will be forced to proceed with the latest submitted version of the design or artwork.

By confirming, approving, signing, or paying, in whole or in part, a customization quote, mock-up, print proof, or invoice, you acknowledge and agree that you are entering into a binding contract and accepting our Terms and Conditions, which apply by reference to all online, offline, and integrated sales.

If there are issues concerning the copyright, trademark, publicity, or privacy rights of a design, artwork, or logo, we will request the relevant legal documentation from the Customer.

In cases where submitted content is deemed illegal, we are obligated to immediately report it to the relevant authorities.

The Custom Tool may make available to the Customer a large number of clipart images and graphics to which we hold the intellectual property rights and which meet the criteria of this policy, so they may be printed without infringing third-party rights. When purchasing such images and graphics the Customer will be granted a royalty-bearing and non-exclusive licence to use them.

The Custom Tool allows certain designs or artworks to be printed using different techniques, which vary in quality and accordingly in price. The Customer will then be advised of this in each case so that they can make an informed decision as to which technique they ultimately want. Therefore, we cannot be held responsible or liable in the event that the chosen technique by the Customer is not the most suitable for such a product or a particular purpose.

The minimum and maximum possible order placements vary depending on the supplier and the product. The Custom Tool will indicate any restrictions that may apply, not allowing you to continue if you do not reach the minimum, or not allowing you to include more products when you reach the maximum.

Custom orders have an additional processing time of 5-10 business days on top of regular delivery times.

RETURNABILITY

Custom products that were manufactured in accordance with an individual choice or specification of the Customer or according to personalised needs or designs are not returnable.

However, the Customer may request for a refund or a replacement within fourteen (14) days of delivery if the custom products are damaged or defective upon arrival, or substantially and materially different from what was ordered. We cannot be held responsible or liable for the refund or replacement of a custom product due to the Customer’s error or mistakes in the inscription, design, or artwork.

For the specific provisions regarding orders, delivery, cancellation, returns, refunds, and warranties, please review our Terms and Conditions, which shall govern your custom order in matters not referred to in this policy.
