Policies & Procedures:

Transportation: Consent to use our carriers, or an alternate proposal.
Your procedure for stock importation.
Your returns policy.
Your payment handling conditions.

Products & Services:

Information on your products and services. For printers, we’d like to know if you have existing stock we can utilize, or if we would supply materials.
The best price you can offer for each of your products, or printing services.
A CSV file with the necessary product information (SKU, EAN, description, photos, weight, price) so we can add them to our website.

Other information on:

Production processes, customization options, account creation, and lead times.
Procedures for order management. Our preference is API, followed by back office, and then CSV. We can use email, but it isn’t the best.
Any other relevant considerations.

What Happens Next?

Once we have access to your real-time inventory, through an API, FTP, CSV, or via your website

We’ll put your products online through our platforms, with our margin added, and use our websites to sell them.

We’ll send you orders in real-time, via an API, a CSV file, or by email. You can use our carrier accounts for delivery.

You can choose from different packages to market and highlight your products, including on our category pages, landing pages, and banners.

You then prepare the orders with our shipping label, and have them ready for the carriers to collect.

We are open to negotiating payment terms to find solutions that suit our partners’ best interests.

We encourage our partners to use our branding in the packaging. However, this is open to negotiation.

Are there any exclusivity agreements or restrictions?

We don’t have any exclusivity agreements, but we do push for prices that allow us to continue offering the best bulk discounts to our customers.
